Our clients trust is of paramount importance to us.  We endeavour to build a basis for our client–consultant relationship  by always maintaining confidentiality,  being  well prepared and by being  honest and transparent in our service.

We consider it our duty to accommodate, to always respond to our clients needs and concerns and by being available.  We try and work in a pro-active way  by anticipating our clients needs and questions rather than just re-acting.

We respect our clients time pressures and priorities and endeavour to  work around their schedule rather than our own.  We provide our clients with as much relevant information as possible to protect them from disappointment and from the unexpected.
